About Your Instructor: Jodi O'Malley, MSN RN

MILLIONS of people saw my video and thanked me for speaking out.

I know firsthand what it means to stand up for what’s right—no matter the cost. As a nurse working in a federal hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic, I witnessed ethical violations that I couldn’t ignore. When no one would listen, I made the difficult decision to record and expose what was happening inside the hospital and release it to the world.

That decision changed everything. I faced 18 complaints against my nursing license and underwent a formal ethics evaluation by the Arizona State Board of Nursing. After a thorough review, the board determined that I had upheld the ethical principles of nursing—proving that my duty to my patients was my top priority.

I stood in front of the board, with my children by my side, knowing that I had done what was right. Now, I’m here to equip and empower other nurses to do the same. Navigating ethical dilemmas in nursing isn’t easy, but with the right knowledge and courage, you can stand firm in your integrity—and I’m here to help you do just that.

Protect your

Patients,

LICENSE,

peace.

TESTIMONIALS

What people think of the Instructor

"During the COVID pandemic, all too few health professionals stood up against our misguided and destructive public health policies. Jodi O’Malley was among the rare exceptions. She is a nurse who courageously risked her career to put her patient’s f irst, suffering retaliation from a corrupt healthcare institution. Had there been one hundred other nurses like her in this country, the worst excesses and harms of our misguided COVID policies may have been averted. Read this book to be inspired by a woman of true integrity and fortitude."

-
Dr. Aaron Khierarty, MD Chief of Psychiatry & Ethics at Doc1 Health Chief of Medical Ethics at The Unity Project

“Jodi's unwavering commitments to protecting her patients and preserving integrity in the medical profession are beyond compare."

-
Mike Yoder, ESQ. Constitutional Attorney

“In this masterful work of nonfiction, O’Malley tells the world the truth when millions of nurses are complicit or too frightened to stand up for their patients to this day. We can all take heart in the odyessy of Jodi and the rare courage she displayed while standing for a right when she was surrounded by wrong.”

"Jodi opened my eyes to the ethical challenges we face every day as nurses. Her experience and knowledge are invaluable."

– Sarah M., RN

"Jodi took what I view as a leap of faith. She didn’t know where she was going to land. One of the most powerful parts of the video we put out was when I asked her “are you afraid?“ And she answered I put my trust in God, not man and I thought that was very powerful.“
